How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel a same-day order, please call us at (310) 399-0001 to ensure your juice has not already been sent for delivery. To keep each juice fresh and at its best, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations for juices that are already en-route. If you've scheduled an order for a different day, you can simply cancel your order by requesting a refund.

Do you have a bottle exchange program?

No. You're more than welcome to bring the bottles back to refill or for us to reuse, but there are no bottle credits. However, if you sign up for a Rejuice Rewards membership, you'll be able to build points with each purchase.

How do I create a membership?

You can create a membership by clicking on the orange "Rejuice Rewards" tab at the bottom of your browser. Simply follow the steps by clicking the blue text, fill in your information, and start building points!
